1. Patent structure, uniform force distribution
The unique circular cross-section design (while traditional products have a linear shape) is adopted. Through the patented structure, the rubber strip and the rope saw wire achieve 360° uniform adhesion, effectively dispersing the radial stress during the cutting process and preventing rapid local wear. This solves the problems of "skewed cutting" and "rope saw wire breakage" caused by uneven force distribution in traditional linear rubber strips.
